Beautify your home or business in a truly individualized way. Provide me with ideas, or I'll make suggestions. Either way, my goal is to work with my clients to give them exactly what they want. I can paint whimsical animals in a child's room, European inspired landscapes for the dining room, or Caribbean figures in an entry, the possibilities are endless. Along with murals I can also do faux finishes, decorate furniture, hand letter signs, or letter phrases for a kitchen. My rates are affordable for the middle class homeowner, so you can choose between wallpaper or unique and hand painted. I also paint on canvas, which can provide you with a double sided picture for more options. By sewing a hem at the top of the canvas to accommodate a curtain rod and priming each side, you can have changeable art for your home. Your customized mural can be painted here and shipped anywhere in the world!
At Border's Book and Café I painted animals and children reading books on a giant beanstalk around the top of the entire children's section and a large café scene near the coffee shop. I worked at off peak times, so as not to disrupt business. Here's what the coordinator of the job had to say:
"In all, Cyndee painted at Borders for three weeks. In that time, I worked closely with her on approvals and adjustments. I found her to be very professional and accommodating to our requirements on working times and design changes. Her rates were extremely reasonable, and we were thrilled with the results. I would not hesitate to work with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone who inquired."

Schools
As a K-12 certified art teacher, I truly enjoy working with students on large scale murals. The projects at each school have been unique, as I work closely with teachers and students to customize the mural process to their needs. I can include cartooning drawing techniques, clay tile murals, or the history of murals, each school is different.
I welcome the opportunity to be challenged to new ideas and media combinations. At an assembly I present an over view of the project to the students so everyone gets excited and informed about the mural. The project moves quickly so that momentum is maintained. I've worked out a system to use student ideas, small group interaction, and fast pace. It's a chance for students to have a great experience painting. Best of all each student gets a chance to participate and have a share in the final product.
Here are some examples of murals I've coordinated from students
